With a dynamic career rooted in construction management, business development, and real estate investment, I bring over 20 years of hands-on experience and strategic leadership to every project I take on. From commercial builds to private development, I specialize in delivering projects from concept to completion—on time, within budget, and with a commitment to quality.

As the founder of Ernest Montoya Consulting LLC, I serve as an Owner Representative and Licensed Real Estate Professional, helping clients navigate investment opportunities, design planning, and project execution. My current role as a Construction Foreman with Nunn Construction allows me to apply deep field expertise, managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and upholding strict safety and compliance standards on active job sites.

My professional background also includes key leadership roles at Rocky Mountain Eye Center and various nonprofit organizations, where I drove operational growth, managed development initiatives, and led high-impact community programs.

With an MBA from Colorado State University–Pueblo and certifications in real estate and construction, I combine analytical skill with field-tested experience. My earlier service in the U.S. Army as a Station Tech Controller, where I held Top Secret clearance, has instilled in me the discipline and precision I apply to every facet of my work.
